 e this Thursday!\n\n\nSound Journeys are a beautiful and deeply relaxing w
 ay to help us reduce stress\, anxiety\, overwhelm and brain fog… as well
  as help with improving mental &amp\; physical energy.\n\n\nThey’re also
  a FABULOUS way to simply switch off\, relax\, breathe deeply and …‘ju
 st be’!\n\n\nThese are super informal\, friendly sessions. No experience
  is required and anyone able to lay down quietly for an hour is more than 
 welcome to join.\n\n\nAdults – £13.50 or 3 sessions for £36\n12 yrs &a
